Generally it is best practice to encourage a potential member to sign up to Neighbourhood Watch using the Ourwatch website and entering their details via the Join Us button on the site pages.

This leaflet can be used as a guide to the process.

However not everyone can do this. This form can be used to enroll a member of the public onto the Neighbourhood Watch database when they have no internet connection. It confirms that necessary permissions have been given.

Once the form is completed, the details can be passed to an administrator to create the new record on our database. Once this is completed the scheme coordinator can add the person to their scheme.
